We love giving you the occasional deal, bundle, or cheeky mini. But every good offer needs some ground rules – here’s the fine print behind the fun.

A free mini bird is only eligible when you purchase two or more full-priced birds in a single transaction.
Limit one (1) mini per order.
Minis do not apply to:
- Plant stakes
- Discounted items
- Bundle packs
- Packs of minis
Minis included in bundles are pre-set and cannot be swapped for other products.

Orders over $150 AUD qualify for free standard shipping (excluding Northern Territory).
Orders to the Northern Territory incur a flat shipping rate of $19.99 AUD.
Express upgrades may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

Bundles (like our "Best-Selling Bundle") already include a discount and/or free mini.
Bundles are not customisable and cannot be exchanged for other items or used in conjunction with other offers.
Promo codes cannot be used on bundles unless specifically stated.

Only one discount code can be used per order (unless stated otherwise).
Discount codes do not apply to:
- Gift cards
- Shipping charges
- Past purchases
Expired codes cannot be reactivated or applied retroactively.
