We love giving you the occasional deal, bundle, or cheeky mini. But every good offer needs some ground rules – here’s the fine print behind the fun.

CURRENT PROMOTIONS

  • Enjoy free standard shipping on all Australian orders placed between 12:00am Monday 21 October 2025 and 11:59pm Sunday 26 October 2025 (AEST).

    Excludes Northern Territory deliveries.
    Offer applies automatically at checkout.
    Not valid with other promotions.
    Metalbird reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time.

FREE MINI BIRD OFFER

  • A free mini bird is only eligible when you purchase two or more full-priced birds in a single transaction.

  • Limit one (1) mini per order.

  • Minis do not apply to:

    • Plant stakes

    • Discounted items

    • Bundle packs

    • Packs of minis

  • Minis included in bundles are pre-set and cannot be swapped for other products.

FREE SHIPPING OFFERS

  • Orders over $150 AUD qualify for free standard shipping (excluding Northern Territory).

  • Orders to the Northern Territory incur a flat shipping rate of $19.99 AUD.

  • Express upgrades may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

BUNDLES & LIMITED-TIME OFFERS

  • Bundles (like our "Best-Selling Bundle") already include a discount and/or free mini.

  • Bundles are not customisable and cannot be exchanged for other items or used in conjunction with other offers.

  • Promo codes cannot be used on bundles unless specifically stated.

CONSERVATION BIRD PROMOTIONS

Certain Metalbird designs are designated as Conservation Birds. They are easily identified where you see a badge on the product. These special birds help fund conservation work through our ongoing partnerships with Birdlife Australia.

Donations
Metalbird donates 10% of sales from every Conservation Bird sale directly to our  nominated conservation partner.

Discount Code Exclusions
Because these products support conservation efforts, discount codes can’t be used on any Conservation Bird products. This includes both individual products and bundles, unless a promotion specifically says otherwise.

Other Promotions
Conservation Bird products are excluded from sitewide sales, multi-buy deals, or discount events unless clearly stated on the product page.

DISCOUNT CODES

  • Only one discount code can be used per order (unless stated otherwise).

  • Discount codes do not apply to:

    • Gift cards

    • Shipping charges

    • Past purchases

    • Conservation Birds (as described above)
  • Expired codes cannot be reactivated or applied retroactively.

OFFER CHANGES & ERRORS

We reserve the right to cancel or change any promotion at any time, for reasons including (but not limited to):

  • Technical errors

  • Product availability

  • Misuse or abuse of the promotion
