SHIPPING – HOW WE GET YOUR BIRD TO YOU
We ship all orders with Australia Post, straight from our fulfilment nest in Melbourne. We aim to dispatch same-day if you order before 12 noon AEST, Monday to Friday.
Delivery Timeframes:

Metro VIC, NSW, SA, QLD: 1–3 business days

Regional & WA, TAS: 3–6 business days

Northern Territory: 5–8 business days
You’ll get a tracking email once your bird flies the coop.

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150 AUD (excluding NT).

We want you to love your bird. If it’s not quite what you expected, here’s what to do:
Return & Exchange Policy:

Return the item within 21 days of purchase

Item must be unused and in original packaging, ready to perch in a new home

DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS
If your bird arrives damaged – or vanishes completely – let us know within 14 days of expected delivery. We’ll investigate and replace it where needed.
CHANGING YOUR ORDER
Need to cancel or fix an address? Contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once it’s packed and shipped, we can’t guarantee changes.
