Our 2nd tawny (left the 1st one at last rental). My wife's favourite, so had to get her another for our new rental. We see it when we go down the driveway.
The rhododendron flowers are really all behind the magpie. The photo was taken from inside at the kitchen windows.

If one lives in a very cold climate metal is dangerous for birds. They can get their eye stuck on freezing or frost metal and lose their eye. Anyone who loves birds should be aware of that.

Beautiful wedge tailed eagle for my partner’s 50th birthday and he absolutely loved it. It’s such good quality and it really adds beauty to our garden. Everyone who comes over notes it, and compliments us on it. So wonderfully pleased with it and highly recommend.
We regularly see kookaburras on our property. I am creating a new garden area, establishing climbers. The metal bird kookaburra is a perfect way to celebrate our kookaburras and also enhance the garden as it progresses.
We hear boobook owls sometimes on our property. It’s a special finishing touch to have this metal bird perched in my new garden area overlooking our verandah area.

The Eastern Spinebill and Blue Wren are both beautiful additions to our little garden that we escape to as often as we can down the South Coast NSW. We enjoy having the real ones, amongst other little birds, visit to have a drink or bath and feed on the native flowers and insects. My late mother ( her maiden was Bird) derived great pleasure from watching the little birds use this birdbath at her villa in Canberra. When the real birds aren’t visiting I can still look at my metal ones and think of her.
Bought a pair of Magpies, as a birthday gift for a dear friend, she absolutely loved them. Is still trying to find the perfect spot for them.
